Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Threat Matrix App ("the App") provided by Signify Group ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you may not use the App.

2. Description of the App

  • The Threat Matrix App is a software application that allows Signify to detect, analyse and report abuse and threat sent via Direct Message requests from users the player has not previously engaged with. The App may provide various features and functionalities related to security threat assessment and management.

3. User Registration

  • To use the App, you will be required to grant access to your account(s). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

4. Use of the App

  • You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disrupt, or impair the App's functionality. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

    • Engaging in any form of hacking, unauthorized access, or distribution of malicious software.

    • Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in the App and its content, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by Signify Group. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or any of its content without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, or that the App is free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Signify Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

8. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Signify Group, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
